This isn't where I thought I would be at 41 (and I'm sure a lot of you think the same way), but there are some things we have no control over. I am currently going through a divorce after 15 years of marriage. Been separated since June of last year. I have three sons that I don't get to see very often. My oldest is married and in service and gave my first grandbaby in January. I am currently in school full time to become a respiratory therapist. I will graduate in July, and not a moment too soon. I am a quiet person until I get to know someone but once I do I may talk a little too much. I love humor and try to find something funny in everything. Everything is better when you can laugh. Some people do not get my humor because I can be a little sarcastic (yes, only a little haha). I have recently found my faith again. That is the only reason I have gotten through the tough times. God will never give us more than we can handle. I believe God should play an important role in a relationship and family.
As far as what I am looking for, that's a good question. As long as we click it shouldn't matter. I am mainly looking for a friend. If it develops into more great, if not at least I made a new friend. A sense of humor is a must. We all have to laugh at ourselves sometimes. I would like to meet someone who is not afraid of their feelings and can talk about anything. I need someone I can trust. Faith is important to me. I hope the person I meet has a personal relationship with God. All in all I am looking for someone who can help me explore this thing called life again.
