I’m excited about the possibility of meeting interesting new people (perhaps not unlike you!) with whom to experience it. I am an outgoing, high-energy person who is here to make the most of life and what it has to offer, and to enjoy the process while doing so (otherwise, what’s the point?!). Life is very good right now; what I’m hoping to find is someone great with whom to share it!
I am an affectionate and open person by nature; not all possibilities have to lead to something serious, but I am a believer in the concept of “partnership” – for a relationship to thrive, both people have to contribute physically, mentally and emotionally to its success (yes, and the sky is blue as well!). Connecting on all levels turns the ordinary into the extraordinary; it creates that illusive synergy that makes two people better together than they would be apart.
So, what are the things that make me tick (besides a great deal of coffee)? Key things for me are learning (I'm constantly reading right now am relearning Russian) and experiencing new things (went in for a “Hot Rock” massage recently – pretty relaxing!). I’m naturally curious and open-minded – the more you learn, the more you realize there is to learn!
I love to travel and try to do so as often as possible (I lived in Germany for 2 years and have traveled extensively in Europe), and there is so much more yet to be seen! I also like to travel to the Caribbean (specifically, Jamaica).
In order to keep myself sane, I try to get to the gym 3 – 4 times a week. For me, I can have the most harrowing day possible but by the time I get out of the gym, the mind is clear, focused ready to begin anew.
When the weather is warm, I love being active and doing things outside - playing golf, target shooting, going to the park, getting out on the boat in the summer.. Get out and soak up some sun, I say! I also love to sail down the roads on the motorcycles, see the sights experience whatever comes next!
One of my main passions in life is music. As a former stage musician, there is something therapeutic about playing or figuring out a new song. Music is truly a language all its own! I've just recently set up a small recording studio upstairs and have been writing quite a bit.
My ideal match is someone who possesses several critical qualities: intelligence, a good sense of humor and kindness. In any case, if one has those particular qualities, any time spent together can be great, regardless of what we’re doing!
