I'm definitely the "girl next door" type. I'm a happy, easy going person. I find joy in the little things and leave the drama stuff to others. My family is one of the few that is really close, and I love it. My parents are still married, and my little sister is my best friend. I like to spend a lot of my time with them. I have a house in downtown Bentonville and have been in the area since I was five, so it feels like home. I think I'd like to stay in the area, but frequent travel is a must!
I'm an active/outdoors sort. I go to the gym most days after work. I love to get out on the local bike and walking trails, and to hike at Devil's Den, Roaring River, and the Buffalo. I get a big kick out of camping, going out on the lake, and canoeing too. When I'm not outside, I always enjoy a good novel (I read mostly crime novels, for some reason... ?!) or movie, board or card game. And cooking up a tasty meal is always a good time! I don't spend much time in the clubs , but I'll check out some of the local bands from time to time. I'm really into music of almost any kind. I can't play a note, but I pretend I can sing daily. (o;
But enough about me, here's a little about what I'm looking for. I'm looking for someone who is as responsible and independent as I am, who knows the value of a hard days work, and is willing to work hard for the nice things in life. Someone who is ready to help create something fantastic; to be a best friend and partner. Not necessarily someone to spend every second of every day with, but someone to share the "stuff of life" with. when it comes to family i feel like it is the most important thing. that being said I want my daughter to have a dad that wants her. will treat her like his own, will play with her at the park or at the pool. will dance with her in the living room or just sit and read her a book. my parents were divorced and i always said that i wouldnt have a kid in a broken relationship. i guess you cant change the past so now im 100% focused on what is going to be the most important to me and what is going to best for myself and my daughter.
