I was married for just shy of 15 years. Our marriage and family was our #1 priority, but after about 11 years, that priority changed for HIM. Although the divorce was much more nasty than I ever imagined, I arose very strong, independent and happy.
I have two sons, ages 7 and 10. Like any parent, they are my world. I was pretty much a single mom for their entire life due to my ex's job. Therefore the 50/50 custody and parenting has been a change for me. They are with their dad one week and me the next. So I have had to learn to take advantage of my "alone" time, as I haven't had that in years. I am very eager to share that time with someone special, as well as someone who wants to hang with me and my boys. Ironically, although my boys are protective of their mommy after the occurrences surrounding the divorce... They are the ones who have encouraged me to try to meet someone. They express to me quite often, how much they want that presence in our home.

I love camping and swimming. Any watersports. Growing up in Canada, our summers were spent on the lake. I love to watch movies, and go to dinner. I love to socialize and do things with other couples and families. I love to entertain.
