I try to live in the moment and find a degree of spontaneity essential. I love to be in nature and enjoy hiking, being at the beach, or on a lake fishing. My creative side includes painting, cooking, enjoying the arts and theater, reading and trying new foods, as a vegetarian, it's fun creating new recipes. I raised my children as a single parent and learned to laugh at myself and situations because life is really fun and too short not to enjoy. I still work full time, 12 hour shifts, as a Newborn Intensive Care Nurse and will until at least 65-66. I love my work, but love my off duty time too!
