Meet a woman from Sahuarita, United States. Ok, this is definitely the hard part as I am a little shy by nature. Top 10 lists are overrated so here are some facts that might help you get to know me better…. (These are not in any particular order)
1. My boys are the most important thing to me, and take up alot of my time. Yes I know it is unusual to be over 40 and have kids in elementary school. Don't think of me as 44, think of me as 36, with lots of life experience. The way I look at it is that they will only be that age once and will only want their Mom around a little while longer so I have to take advantage of that. That does not mean that I wonРІР‚в„ўt make time from you, it just means more coordination and understanding at where I am at in my life.
2. I am not originally from Tucson and am a military brat by birth, and traveled the US and Europe extensively. I think the travel bug lives and feeds in my veins. I speak and write German fairly well and can stumble through basics in some other languages occasionally, especially if it involves trying to find a bathroom in another country.
3. I love to laugh... the way to my heart is likely your sense of humor.
4. Most of my friends are male - this has to do with interests and environment so if this bothers you, or you are in the Harry met Sally camp and believe men and women can't be friends then there could be some compatibility problems.
5. I love animals, almost all kinds (I did draw the line at the pet tarantulas last week), but I am definitely more a "dog person" rather than a "cat person".
6. I am most happy in my jeans and sneakers but can dress up well enough to impress when needed, lol.
7. I am a hard rock/classic rock chick and would love to drag you to some old farts on stage (UFO, Thin Lizzy, Nickelback, Guns and Roses, Aerosmith and Rush are examples).
8. I don't do drugs or smoke and would appreciate if you donРІР‚в„ўt either.
9. I drink but not often and when I do, it is usually a dark beer. I also don't drink and drive.
10. I am addicted to diet Vanilla Coke and yes I know that it is bad for me, but hey no one is perfect.
11. I have an insane schedule... be forwarned and come bearing energy! I find that sleep is overrated.
12. I will try most things at least once... will go back for more if I like it.
13. I have done many random things in my professional life from construction, to rocket scientist, to liposuction engineer, to chief paper pusher with many random items in between.
14. I'm sure I have my fair share of baggage - I don't think you get to my age without having some - I presume you do as well but let's leave it in the trunk to get rusty and holey by itself, or just ship it to Denver to be lost in the infamous baggage handling system.
15. I love kissing and cuddling and hugging and snuggling and miss that closeness more than anything else. When you have been married for long times, you take that for granted until you don't have that any more. I donРІР‚в„ўt regret being married and getting divorced when I did was the right decision. Being in a bad situation is worse than being alone and life sometimes throws you curve balls so leap and try to make the catch. I try to be responsible and succeed some of the time.
16. I believe in living in the present and the future, not get hung up in the past. Drama is for the stage, not a relationship.
17. I am scientifically curious and a hopeless romantic. I want to know how things work and have the prince and princess live happily ever after. They are not mutually exclusive in my world.
18. I am passionate about things I believe in and people I care about.
19. Chemistry makes the world entertaining and is vital to sparks.

I am a “steady eddy” in my work, relationship, with my physical, spiritual and emotional health. I am that friend who is dependable and that employee who always gets the job done (the one that makes slackers mad LOL)
I am proud of this part of me, I take responsibility for my actions, my words, my thoughts and my emotions. I expect the man in my life to be and do the same.
Oh, I can take an occasional emotional melt down, after all we do live in this crazy world... will help you laugh and breath through yours, if you do the same for me!!!
It is really about enjoying each others company so much that our worlds just fit, easy, natural, fun...not forced, "compromise" does not feel like it :) And those little bumps along the way will be easy to overcome.
We have all felt too much pressure in relationships at one time or another. I'm about avoiding that as much as possible...no drama, no fighting and making up...just the making up part.
I adore manners in a man!!! good manners, well dressed when it matters...so attractive. But I also love hanging out in jammies, watching TV.
I believe I can meet a man whom I feel as peaceful with him as I do alone...but I know that takes time, getting to know each other, having fun!!!! Laughing together is the best!!!

. I enjoy being outside, having fun with friends, hanging with my kids, and gazing lovingly at my dogs. Any and all sports are welcome. Love athletic activity & am looking for someone to play with. Really love playing golf & tennis, Scuba, snorkeling, taking the jet skis to Roosevelt & Havasu, skiing with friends in the Colorado Rockies & going as fast as I can while still staying alive, hanging with friends, traveling to experience new adventures, taking my young dog to the hills to hike, walking very slowly with my geriatric dog around the neighborhood, hanging at my best friends' coffee & ice cream shop, and hanging in San Diego with my dad. New things I'd like to try or do more of -- surfboarding, paddle boarding (think that's what it is called when on the board with the long paddle,) sailing, ATV stuff at the dunes and/or in the Tucson area . . . frankly, I'm open to anything to at least try. I also am at a high enough level in my profession that I can live the life I enjoy while still being in a position to enjoy making a difference in other people's lives. I especially enjoy exposing my 2 teenagers to all sorts of things that help them make good choices for themselves and see the grand possibilities.
