It takes up a lot of mental space and I am discovering that I need to balance that. I haven't had the chance to meet folks from outside work much, and everyone from work is off limits as far as dating (it's actually a violation of my license, so no, there's no compromising on that). Life's serious enough without my help.
I really want to have some fun and gain some friends outside work. If it leads somewhere romantic, I'm open to that too. I've been out of the game long enough that it's a little intimidating. For the past 10 years, I've been working at least one full time job while going to school full time, so a lot of social stuff got put aside. The newest pics are actually not the primary, but the first three after that. I'm trying to fix that, haven't figured out why it's not letting me.
IDescribe the proverbial "him" ? I don't expect to be the center of anyone's universe but my own -- but it'd be nice to right up there with the top three most important things in my partner's life. If you have kids, I expect them to come first for you. I just think all kids deserve that from their parents. I'm not into rescuing anyone or being rescued, but I'm really good at being supportive and I appreciate that in others. I am a very down to earth, sweet and silly native californian (as you can tell by some of my pictures that are posted), humorous, devoted to my family, friends and the person that I'm with, I smile all the time - even when I'm down. I am honest, respectful, caring, opinionated but open minded, funny, independent, loving, friendly, curious person. I really love being around the water, taking short road trips or long vacations. Recently took my first cruise with my son and loved it. I love my job and am currently in school to further my career in Nursing. So with my son ,work and school I am pretty busy but can make time for that special person in my life.
