A little about me...
I am a retired ATT Communications Consultant that has worn many hats since my early retirement at the age of 53. I once had a 3rd level manager tell me, "When you strive for perfection, you sacrifice excellence!" Since that time in the 80's, I try not to be perfect, but believe that anything worth doing, is worth doing well. I am a hard worker that tries to do the best I can do in whatever activity I am presently involved in. Although I am retired, I am still very active. I do a great deal of volunteer work with foster children and the Courts and my church.
About the one I'm looking for...
My ideal partner would be compassionate, gentlemanly, fairly healthy physically and mentally, neat and cares about himself, his appearence and his surroundings. At this time, I am looking for a monogomous relationship with someone I can look up to in many ways, someone who is fun to be around and someone to enjoy all the activities that retirement has to offer. I'd just like to add...
A big thing lacking in my life today is sharing fun activies in life with a male partner, eg; the arts, most sports(especially football and golf), cooking good meals, dining out, entertaining, some traveling and most of all dancing! I belong to a dance troupe of old ladies that love to dance called 'The Casa Belles.' We practice about 6 hours a week and perform at various locations once or twice a month. I really enjoy their great friendships, however they do not do much for the romantic dinners, dances, and other fun times together that are missing in my life today! Did I say that I, also, do windows???

I am educated, social, polite, and lady like. My friends say I'm a loyal friend, pretty, and fun to be with. Curiosity directs my pursuit of knowledge daily. Do I have a sense of humor? You bet! After all, I did teach in N. Y. S. for many years. Blessed with the love of my family, good friends and an array of both physical and intellectual activities, I have been enjoying life here in Arizona for nearly four years. Now retired from teaching. I prefer outdoors to indoors. I hail from the east coast where weather limited those outings; however I managed to stay active with many activities; which included paddling with a Dragon Boat Team (which I absolutely loved), trail rides in the state forests of N.Y. & PA., cross country skiing and in my youth played some softball. I love, the great outdoors, and highly value my family and friends, home and hearth. Cooking I find enjoyable and I seem to be pretty good at it, having evolved from a "pinch of this & a dash of that girl" learned at Mom"s elbow, to an organic power food enthusiast.
