I must give credit to my friends who have hounded me incessantly for not having pictures. On Friday 7/22, I put my fate in their hands (and cell phones) and voila her I am. Just me, in public, no studio, no photoshop.
First I must thank my parents for their respective gene pools for my youthfulness, energy and good health. After only chatting with people for 5 minutes, they can't believe I am a day over 50, much less 63! Elan vital! None of my friends nor I will ever act our age!
Lost 34 lbs. since January. Waist down from 42 to a loose 38. 25 more lbs. to go for target. No special diet. I quit being a desk jockey! Eating healthier 5 times a day and working out every day at home. I stated body type "a few extra pounds", because I have them. I am passing "about average" on my way to "healthy and toned"
I love adventure, both intellectual and physical. Life is to short to not be simply who I am. Spontaneity, excitement and adventure would best describe my attitude about life. I can decide to hop off to Santa Barbara, Palm Springs or the Las Vegas for a good show (I don't gamble) at a moment’s notice and with no plans at all. I love going to live music venues (both small clubs and concerts). I also enjoy live theater. I love walking through farmer's markets and outdoor art fairs, as well as museums.
I am in technology, and I'm a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in my field and have consulted for many companies, lectured, and run training seminars. . I love teaching and mentoring.

I am looking at major changes and expansion now that the kids are all grown and creating their own futures.
