I am told by my friends that I put everyone's needs in front of my own and if I ever put that much energy into myself and my own needs the world had better watch out! I attended college for 8 years and somehow came out without a degree though I was just short of a double major. I am of course a very independent woman who has somehow made it through 44 years without getting married. Without hesitation I will refer to myself as the "house cleaner" when answering the door while at a client's house because I have no issues with who I am and what I do for a living. I am very good at what I do and most of my clients are like family to me. I know that my IQ, vocabulary, knowledge of politics and even common sense abilities far exceed what those may expect when meeting me for the first time. It isn't probably good to refer to yourself here as smart and strong-willed but honestly that has probably stood in the way of me finding Mr. Right...or it could be my total lack of tolerance of people who don't like animals, are manipulative or dishonest or just lack enough common sense to be sarcastic, make a joke or have a intelligent conversation.
