Date someone special from Apache Junction, United States. Who am I? As an elementary school teacher of 35 years, now retired, I taught second and third grades and then had the blessed, good fortune to teach gifted youngsters for 15 yrs, though they "taught" me as well. I used summers off to travel in the US as well as abroad. My parents, teaching, and traveling combined to teach me patience, fortitude, compassion and tolerance. I try to attend church regularly and follw Christ's teachings. I'm a good listener, usually well organized and enjoy helping other.
WHat I Like to do: Having been bitten by the "travel bug and camera bug" at an early age, I enjoy exploring local sights, neighboring states, our great nation, and abroad, taking phots, downloading them to the computer, enhancing and printing them, and developing a photo story album. A good book is always welcomed, as well as a good crossword, word puzzle, or jigsaw puzzle. My creative side likes crocheting, flower arranging, decorating (esp. for holidays), and exploring new crafts. I enjoy sports, "live or on TV, a good movie or play, an art/craft show, an ethinic festival, or a concert.
I'd like a realtionship for companionship and possibly marriage with a gentleman as well as a "gentle man" who has Christian values, and a sense of humor, is honest, caring and giving, one who likes traveling and the other things I like to do and who'll share his interests with me.
