I recently moved to Juneau and I like what I see...I have a really great job, in fact, I have two jobs, but one is seasonal..I have done various things in my life for work/career..I was a commercial fish filletter (for almost 10 years on the Central Coast of California) I have had a custom upholstery business(luxury watercraft and show cars) and a general contractors license and so much more, but this isn't a job interview, Is it? LOL....... I have been happily divorced for over 10 years and I have an adult daughter, who lives on her own.....I love to ride motorcycles and have had a couple of my own....I like muscle cars/hot rods/old trucks too and have had a few of my own...(ps: I don't have the toys anymore, I am starting over and starting a new chapter in my life)..Some things I like: holding hands, romance, flowers, pillow talk and intimacy, ... (if the feeling is mutual)......Anyway....Who I'm looking for? A Man who has compatible interests,desires, values, and lifestyle as I do, ....not identical...what makes us different makes us attractive to the other person....don't you think? ..It would be nice if he is respectful, funny, considerate and courteous,.and non-judgemental....I would like us to take our time getting to know eachother and see where it goes..... A good friend described me as her "Rosie the Riveter" im a curvy curly headed girl that can rip it with a chainsaw while baking a cake, but cant master a curling iron. my youngest is now 18 and its time to have some fun. I've gone through many life changes in the last couple of years which has opened my eyes to all the things i've put on "hold". It's time to open the doors of life and see who comes in. One things for sure, you won't go hungry as cooking is one of many passions. Things that make me tick are kayaking in the winter, spoiling my grandaughter then giving her BACK to her mother, my stainedglass projects, cooking for more than one person, anything that has to do with a beach, being outside and then home to a good fire, rain! (it makes my hair curlier) my pitbull "with issues" and good friends to do it all with. Things that arent part of my life, big crowds, the bar scene, sitting around playing video games, people who don't love dogs, dishonesty and jealous, still feeling lonely while dating someone. i have 3 goals i want to achieve in the next year~go to Hawaii for the first time, go to Haines to schred the mtn on a sled and go on a horse pak adventure in Soldotna. Update: my perfect date would have his own place, be exclusive to just us, know how to be a friend, know how to share a life together, ambitious enough to explore the many 'firsts' left in life. Oh, yea.....you've got to love Alaskan winters, doing dishes and keeping a smile on my face!
