I recently changed my exercise focus from being strictly a runner to training for triathlons. I enjoy swimming and cycling and my body appreciates the break from running six days a week (I still consider myself a runner first). I love everything about being on or around water-fresh or salt doesn't matter. It soothes the soul. I enjoy playing golf and love the Crimson Tide. I hunt and fish...I prefer outdoors to indoors most anytime. I'm pretty keen on trying kayaking next-that seems like it would be a hoot! I love going to the Springer, RiverCenter, or the Fox in Atlanta. Live entertainment ranks very high on my list. I admire folks who have talent and get on a stage to share it. My musical tastes are varied but rarely do I stray into the head-banging or rap stuff.
I have a 14 year old son who lives with me half the time and his Mom the other half. He is my heart. My single greatest mission in this world is helping him find his way. He's a good kid.
At 54, I'm probably too old for any kind of makeover. If you're looking for a fixer upper I might not be a good fit. I still consider myself a work in progress in many ways though-evolving and learning. I have a great sense of humor and definitely a glass half-full type of person. I am intelligent and reasonable and have no use for drama. I take good care of myself and appreciate a lady who does the same.
