Date people from United States. I was married for 15 years to my best friend. Then one day God decided to take him home. So now I'm here on this big earth and looking for someone to spend time with. I enjoy going to dinner and spending time together doing all kinds of things that we decide to do at that time. I work 12 hour shifts, 4 nights a week, so my time is very limited. But that does not mean that I can't find time to do something. I like a variety of things and have been told that I'm very well rounded. I enjoy cooking at times, but then like to go out to a very nice resturant at other times. I enjoy working in the yard and restoring my 1930's home. I'm not scared to do something I have never done, unless it requires jumping out of a plane. I'm not really into heights if it requires me climbing also. I have 2 dogs and have just started walking them. I gained quite a bit of weight when my husband got sick in 2009 and kept it on until his death. I am now loosing this weight now, but it is a long process. But that is ok, because the longer it takes the more it will stay off. I am very blunt and sometimes that can get me into trouble, but I feel that I would want someone to be the same with me. If you have any other questions please as me and I will be glad to tell you. I'm not on here looking for sex. Let's get that out right now. I'm looking for friendship first and then let time take it's course. I do think that it takes two in a relationship in order for the relationship to grow even with friendship. I have kids and will spend time with my kids. I am ok if you have kids, but I don't think that my kids are superior over yours, as well as, other way around. I am not a person that can just sit around the house often. I have to be doing things. No matter if it is just going out to a flea market or working in the yard. I like to keep busy. I love to learn what ever I can. I believe that your never to old to learn. And if you get to that place in life you need to go home and be with your maker. I want someone who will challenge me and be there for me when I need them. Because I will be there for you too.
