After my initial training I finally got to come back home and eventually start working on my degree. After 2 semesters my unit got activated to go to Iraq. I got back almost a year later but I was not ready to go back to school. It was not until 2008 that I got a little smart and went back to school. I graduated in the fall of 2011.
As for my personality, it’s really hard for me to figure out how I am. I really think other people could probably describe my own personality better than I could. I’m usually pretty calm. I'm usually kind of quiet, but that does not mean that I can't carry on a conversation.
I'm Christian and have not been very serious about it in the past. However as I am getting older, I'm starting to think about it more and trying to will myself to make better choices.
As for what I'm looking for, right now just something simple. I stayed away from dating when I went back to school so now I'm just trying to ease back in to things. Not saying I'm not up for a long term commitment if the right person comes along, be it the next person I date or on down the road. For traits in another person, I prefer someone I can talk to easily. So there would need to be some similar interests. Also I'm 5' 6" so I'm kind of picky when it comes to height. I was the biggest child in my family when born (9 pounds 14.5 ounces), but ended up being the runt of the family as most other males in it are 6 feet tall or more. Kind of odd how that worked out, tells me God definitely has a sense of humor! Anyways, the tallest I've went in a relationship is 5' 9" o if you're taller than that then it would probably be weird for both of us. Education is not a requirement with me, but if I'm going to be with someone then they need to at least have a high school diploma. Having a college degree or working on one is a turn on for me because it shows dedication. My biggest turn on is an awesome personality. I also like a good sense of humor. When it comes to someone's drinking habits, if I'm in an actual relationship I don't mind if they drink...however I prefer that getting drunk is not a daily or even a weekly occurrence.
