I have been working on losing weight. I have already lost a lot and am continuing to lose. I had/still have an injury from working out. I am back in the gym but gained a little weight while I was out. I am back in the gym and have made friends with some people who are going to help me with my nutrition! I was going 6 days/week but have scaled that down to 4.
