Not that I am unhappy with myself, because that wouldn't be the case, nor am I in need of someone to make me happy. I WANT a woman to love, to care for, to share my conversations with over dinner, to take those walk's in the evening sunsets or moonlit paths I guess we all dream of when we were once young:-)
I WANT a lady, my best friend, my ecstatic lover, my one special woman who would appreciate a mature man, who has built his life as best he can, on serenity, wisdom, caring for others, and knowing when to talk...and when to just listen, and when to be responsible and show discretion and reason. I have gotten behind be the goofiness of the male ego and acting out of character, because character in the end is all a man has when it comes down to it in this world...and his family and God.
I'm not a perfect man by any means. I have failed more than I can count, but I always have gotten back up and did my best.
I still believe chivalry, opening the doors for a lady, giving her my coat when cold, a soft kiss on the cheek and a smile to let her know that...I will be here for her and that it will be ok.
And yes, the two of us could sit on a porch, in the late evening, rocking in our chairs, sipping a beautiful wine, and listening to the late Pavarotti sing "Nessun Dorma" and giving each other that glance that only 2 people in love could ever truly experience.:-)

Meet men and women from Meridianville, United States. Well I guess you could describe me as homebody but I do like to go out in the crowds from time to time....mostly shopping crowds. I am very passionate about everything except cutting grass. I am really looking for a friend, someone who just wants to go to the movie, have a cup of coffee, watch a movie together, take a ride and just talk, window shop while we eat an ice cream. I know it is said time and time again but friends first is perfect for me at this time.
I have been in Huntsville, AL for 8 years and have been so busy working I have not really spent a considerable amount of time with someone. I am not looking for perfection and a date every night of the week. So, I would like to meet my new friend. If you are reading this I hope you are looking for the same.
