I am very energetic and enjoy life. I have been divorced fro 12 years. I have raised my children and now I ready to invest in my personal life again. I love to travel! I love the beach, mountains, take a cruise, anywhere to see the beauty that God has made for us to enjoy. I love taking pictures! I'm comfortable in most setting and can dress for any occasion, Black tie event to Blue jeans and Auburn TShirt. I like going out on the town, have friends and family over for a cookout or just stay home with a very special someone. I love working outside. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. I own more tools than most men I know. If something tears up I don't usually call someone to fix it.....I do it myself. I love going to church, although I don't get the oppurtinity to go as often as I would like due to my profession as a nurse, hospitals are open on Sunday's and people are unfortunally sick on Sunday! I have 2 beautiful daughters and 3 wonderful grandchildren (and one on the way) they are the joy of my life. Most of the time I'm pretty flexible and think it is very exciting to decide at the last minute to pack a bag a go on a short trip.

Friends are the most important people you can have in your life, besides family. Friendship is the foundation of any relationship. It's ok if a girls best friend is a guy Friend. A casual friend, when visiting, acts like a guest and a real friend opens your refrigerator and helps themself and doesn't even feel the least bit weird shutting your Diet Mtn Dew drawer with their foot! And no matter where you are or what you are doing you will always have a good time together. I love good conversation and occassionally a good ice cold beer. Some of my favorite things to do have to do with who I am. I always been a tomboy, a country girl who was raised in a small city in the south. I love picnics, watching sunsets on the river or lake with my dogs and good company; I love taking my dogs for walks. I am definatly a dog and kid person .. I love Fri night HS football AND SEC college football , cooking a big pot of gumbo or chili and sharing it with friends. I enjoy going to SEC and Barons baseball games with one person or a group of friends in nothing but a pair of cut-offs, a tank top and a ball cap on a spring afternoon. I love the smell of summer in the air. Luv weekends, taking an afternoon nap in the sun, or just hanging out at the house, BBQing. I've been told I'm a little hyperactive and that I clean up really nice, when I want..and by the way I do enjoy dressing up in a little black dress and going out with friends for dinner, dancing and some good conversation. But I also enjoy one on one time. Physical fitness is important to me.

I was raised Catholic but must confess I haven't gone to church in a while, but I have a strong belief in God and know that nothing is going to happen in my life that he and I can't handle.
I like NASCAR, NHRA, Broncos football, Bama sports, like the Rock and John Senna (though I don't watch wrestling very often), and the Braves. I love to fish and will bait my own hook, clean what I catch, and will even cook what I catch. I have never gone hunting and am not sure that could shoot another living creature except in self defense.
I used to live in the Florida panhandle and loved to walk on the beach in the cooler months when the beaches aren't so congested. Love watching sunsets and sunrises. Also love the mountains. Been to Gatlinburg a few times and love it there.
I am a pretty good cook and love to cook for special people, and I like to be cooked for once in a while. I am not a picky eater, but I am mostly a meat and vegies girl.
I give 100% to those I care about and expect the same in return. I like music from the 60's, 70's, and some 80's and when I relax, I like to listen to new age and soft music but will listen to anything but hiphop and rap.
I am a romantic and even though I have been hurt very much in the past, I still believe (and hope) that there is that special ONE for me who is looking for me.
