I'm a young professional that enjoys life and tries to balance work and play. I believe in work hard/play hard. I love to laugh, it is truly the best medicine. I cut up with my friends constantly and sometimes we don't act our age but who cares, you only live once. My spare time is spent doing fun things with my friends and loved ones, although sometimes it is like herding cats. I’ll do just about anything once so I have a lot of good stories (and my friends could probably tell you some I don’t remember :-) I really enjoy traveling, especially new places. This past summer I visited England, Wales, France and Ireland. I really loved Ireland, the countryside was gorgeous and the people were great. I would also like to go out west to see some of the great American treasures like Alaska, the Grand Canyon and Yosemite. I'm a social chameleon, I am equally at home in a biker bar, MENSA meeting or wine tasting.
I am looking for an attractive, interesting woman who is at a similar place in her life, enjoys being adventurous and can bring something fresh to the scene. And most of all, drama-free! Date someone special from Fairhope, United States. I have meet some good friends on here but I am amazed at some of the things I read and run into. So here is a little comic relief, the "You might be full of it of dating"
-If you say you love the beach but when we get there all you do is complain its too hot and you don't like the feel of salt water on your skin...
-If you have been married 3 times and have 4 kids by 5 different men...
-If you complain men are only after one thing but the on our first date we end up at a dive you chose and all the men there know you....
-If you say your ex is a butt and our first date ends us up at a place he frequents and as he is trying to duck out the back door you corner him to introduce us and the first thing he does is gives me a high five and says "good luck brother!"...
-Secret shopper and clipping coupons is fun and cool but if you think it makes you an entrepreneurial genius...
-You blame all of your kids behavioral problems on your ex but then turn around and tell me he only sees them once or twice a year...
-You say your not a gold digger but the house you live in was a perk of the divorce and your car and all your furniture was purchased by ex boyfriends...
-You claim you never introduce your kids after only one date but the first time they meet me they call me "flavor". Flavor of the week...
-You say you have a great sense of humor but have made it this far and think I'm a jerk...
Ok, if you have made it this far you probably have a funny bone :) For the rest of the story here is the short version
I am divorced with kids. If you expect anything else from a decent guy in his late 30's good luck.
I work hard but love to have fun and most weekends you can find me at the beach ,on the river, or on the boat with my kids and their friends.
I love most any type of music, any type of food (except tofu), and never meet a stranger no mater where I go.
I don't judge people and don't like to be judged, life is too short to waste time pointing our other peoples problems.
