Lately i have been getting back to all the things i slowly stopped doing such as kyaking and biking. i have always been in the gym and i run often. i keep strict eating habits but afford myself cheat days once in a while.it is important to me because i have seen friends and family suffer from diabetes and other health problems. it also helps me to keep my superhero image with my son.lol i love the water,so i go to the beach and river a lot. im just looking for someone who would enjoy doing a few of these things with.suggest something and im usually up for it.
