I have a degree from Colorado State in Graphic Design. I use it mainly for this giant side project I work on where I'm a colorist for comic books. I like it a lot but it's not something stable that I can rely on so I work for this great company as a day job. I work for an online digital photography print lab where I'm a department manager. It's a lot of fun to work with so much art on a daily basis.
I have a great circle of friends that I hang out with on a regular basis playing board games, drinking, movies, or whatever sounds fun. I'm very close to my family especially my new niece who I call Chuck.(Her names Charlie) that girl is way to adorable.
What I'm really looking for is somebody I can relate to, somebody who is a partner and my best friend. Somebody who isn't afraid to make fun of me because will I have that self deprecating sense of humor anyways.

Meet a man from Evergreen, United States. I am a English Professor, and retired profesional world football player (or soccer player). I run daily, and, naturally, I am introverted to a degree, and find a high degree of satisfaction in challenging myself either by reading a novel in a prescribed period of time, running a certain time in a race, or in triaining by running negative splits on interval days. I enjoy the company of other people who are seeking a shared experience, like a meal/dinner, art exhibits and perofrmances, hiking and photography, I've gone to opera and ballet, but I am in fear of clapping at the wrong time (eek!), musical concerts, theater/films, or sports with live soccer matches (both domestics and European) best.
I enjoy travel, but I am always happiest upon returning home.
In my spare time I coach youth soccer teams and mentor up and coming distance runners. Personal integrity and respect are most fundamental in guiding my life's decision making. Yes, I look first before jumping. I promote within myself, and others the importance of understanding why we do what we do, and where the decisions we make today will take you tomorrow, and, ultimately, next year and beyond.
The person I am looking for would be able to balance work and living. Someone who has a good sense of humor, can laugh at themselves, intelligence and indepencence is attractive, like having one's own musical taste, fashion sense and ability to speak one's mind in a eloquent, and if necessary, brash manner (we are all human). I appreciate a person who takes there physical and mental appearance seriously, and are health conscious. I believe beauty exists on many levels, attraction is the simple part, but finding that spark is essential. I also find a person who has a strong sense of direction attractive, but I do not mind adventure, like going on a trip to the Smokey Bear Museum, a trip to Monster Island in New Jersey, even Loch Ness in Scotland to look for that enigmatic monster, or travelling to a backwater town in France, Peru or Oregon (one of the most beautiful places I have been was Crater Lake in Oregon, and Easter Island of the coast of Chile). In closing, the person I am looking for is a person who is sincere, energetic and creative.

I tend to be an easy going, go-with-the-flow kind of guy. I am very slow to anger and quick to forgive. I believe in chivalry and try to practice its principles every day. Quick note:
I currently live in Idaho Springs. I have put a contract on a house in Evergreen and should be moving in about a month, thus the reason I put Evergreen as my location. Does it really make a difference, though? Maybe I should just change my location to, "Kick-A$$ Rocky Mountains". Thoughts?
Meet single man from Alabama, United States. Ok, I realized that this place is probably a little too much for me and maybe I'm a little too much for it. I don't have any problems meeting women out in real life. In fact, I prefer that over all of the strange people that I've met through here. I've tried to cancel here many times, and somehow, I keep getting charged again. So here's my last attempt at salvaging all of the wasted $ this site has cost me (however, I have some great stories for a great stand-up routine one day).
I am close to my family. I work with kids (and their crazy parents). I'm very active and enjoy working out. I'm always on the go and I think fast, move fast, and talk fast (albeit with a deceiving southern accent). Often, I find myself as the life of the party. I have a great set of friends that looks to me to entertain. That being said, I'm not looking for another friend or for a pen pal. I'm looking for someone that can keep me entertained in conversation, be real, and enjoy a good time. I don't mind being shorter, and in fact, I enjoy taller women. It's fun. I'm a tall guy who smiles a lot; it's important to enjoy myself and/or find humor in situations, even if its me. I stay active and have fun all over the state. There is so much to do in CO. I have a young daughter - she's a great kid (yep, that's cliche). For the most part, I'm on match looking for someone to enjoy life with.
I've been in CO since 95' for school and the mountains - long story. Summer is nearly as great as winter for me. So much fun to be had here! School snowballed into my career, which is challenging/rewarding/stressful/fantastic. Thankfully, I love my career.

Originally, I'm from the East Coast, just a little North of NYC. Go YANKEES!!! And, I tend to have a lot of energy and a good work ethic. Mom and Dad had a lot of projects to learn from.
