I work as a German car Technician during the week. I love my job and have been there for about six years. I play a lot on the weekends. When it's not winter I always find something to do in the mountains. I just picked up whitewater kayaking and have been scaring myself learning how. I tried to teach myself how but almost died doing it. I love backpacking and exploring new areas. Hiking in for a couple days just to camp away from anyone else is the best. I love waking up to a good view.
In spring, when the snow is safe I am working on snowboarding all of the 14ers. I have 5 so far and have a long way to go. I have climbed up and snowboarded down mount of the holy cross, cross couloir. It's probably the scariest thing I have ever done.
I have my own house and live with my dog barney. He is a flat coat retriever with some border collie in him so he loves to play fetch. I love to be a leader. I like sleeping in, but never get to. I like good beer and don't mind good wine. I like going out to the bars sometime but find I can sometimes drink too much. I love hanging out at home with a good movie on.
I have been engaged before, but to the wrong woman. I really am not good at meeting new girls, I can be a bit shy at first. I would really like to meet someone out in the backcountry somewhere.
