Date someone special from Columbiana, United States. Okay - so I have a serious side and a fun side but outside of work, I prefer to keep to the fun :). I LOVE football, play golf and tennis as well as am a certified diver (althought it has been a while since my last dive) and am trying my best to be a runner although it is a huge challenge for me. I am a Boston Red Sox fan but this is fairly recent so don't ask me to quote players and stats. I could live on a boat I love the ocean so much and am determined to learn to surf! On top of it all, I am trying to further my language abilities and learn Italian fluently (I know enough now that it got me through 12 days in Italia alone). After that, its on to French!
My next desired trip is to Napa - I am a wine enthusiast and have always wanted to go there but it is definately a place for couples from what I hear so I am trying to hold out for that special someone.
On a more serous side, I am someone who is very busy with my career but who also wants to prioritize my social life and find my mate. I need someone who is goal oriented, who is a christian, who is family oriented. I want someone who is confident in who they are and who we are as a couple. I also would like my partner to be willing to drop everything with no plans or specific agenda's and be willing to do something fun. Live life to the fullest but be responsible. I am definatley a romantic and would like someone who is the same. I want to have fun and just take life as it comes and see what happens - no pressure or specific agenda. I went to college in England and have a business degree. I have recently realized that I love riding Harley Davidsons!!! I was a part of the yacht club at University and so clearly love boats - sailing - anything dealing with the ocean.
After throwing out all of MY wants from someone, I also want to express that I am not someone who is "all about myself". I want someone to feel comfortable sharing with me what their needs are and someone that will challenge me to be better and vice versa. I think challenging your partner is very important - I think it is how God meant it to be. You grow independently and as a couple.
I am out to find my partner but it is a process and it is exciting to make new friends as well. I am not looking to pressure anyone but just to explore what the possibilities may be.
I am new to AL due to a promotion - originally from SC but moved here from Cincinnati. I am excited about exploring the possibilities....who knows...one step at a time, right?
I look forward to getting to know you!
