As an athlete and a collegiate and high school football coach, I dedicated myself to being the best that I could be and have seen great results. I have always given everything that I have.
While I will always give everything I have to what is important to me, I have learned over the past couple of years that life is short and we were created to enjoy it to the fullest. I realize that tough times will inevitably come around and perhaps even persist, but I have found that I need to ?stop and smell the roses? more. I have overexerted myself for a long time and I have realized that is time to slow down and enjoy life.
I am a very passionate person and I love being around people. The outdoors are a great place for me to be: camping, hiking, backpacking, fishing? anything outdoors, especially if it is with people. Family is extremely important to me. My parents did a fantastic job raising 3 kids.
While I do enjoy fast paced, adventurous activities, I value relaxing with a good beer and spending time in more mellow pursuits. Going to movies, out to dinner, or just laying around the house are all fine with me. I spend a fair amount of time reading books and also tying flies (fake ones, for fly fishing, that is).
I am looking for a woman who shares my beliefs and values. While I fully realize that no two are ever exactly alike and will ever see eye-to-eye on everything, I would like to find someone who is simply addicting to be around: someone with whom time flies while we are together and the conversation and laughter simply flow.
