As for my professional and academic history, they kind of blend and swirl together. I worked for Colorado State University for nearly 13 years. I started as Computer Science but switched to Art because I needed that element in my life (and only art majors could take art classes, too). I love 3D animation and have made a few animations that made it to wider audiences... I have been designing websites (not developing.. that's different) for almost 15 years...
Good news makes me smile.. the kind of news that you don't often see on the evening news. I love hearing stories where people overcome difficult odds and end up helping others in need. I'm in the process of trying to decide where my extra time will be best spent... I've often thought that I need to just help an NGO with my logic and artistic skills... that in saving something sacred, we end up saving ourselves, too.
And, as a result, I want to find a woman that wants to be a force for good in a world that has more going for it than many might perceive. I'd rather be on the side of right than wrong, although those are just words and actions mean more than anything else.
I've try to consciously live a good life while avoiding forces that would try to break and bend me. I don't believe money is evil... I don't believe that there are more bad people than good. I don't believe our government really wants to help us (or mega corps, either). But I do believe in karma... I believe that if you really want something, you will get it... and I do believe that the personal power we all have within us is ready to be used, now, for the betterment of those that can't speak up for their rights.... namely the plants and animals that we need so.
So, yeah, that's a smidgen about me... Yes, I'm 42, but I don't look like it (Thank you, God, mom and dad, and good intuition)... I try not to act like it when I can and do so when it counts, if you catch my drift. I've often believed that a life filled with the proper stresses and rejuvenation can make an individual more closely resemble the human ideal the Greeks so desired. Yes, I'm very grateful for what I have (and what I don't!), where I live, and the past of great adventures, even better friends, and a wonderful family. Those are some of the things that have made me into who I am to this day.

I was raised and lived all but my first four years in San Diego, California. Moved to Colorado in June after a couple of years in Alabama. Elated to be back west.

I love to discuss current events, especially from opposing points of view. I don’t believe in the traditional view of God and don't appreciate when others attempt to define my values and morals.
