I must be fairly fun because even though they do not have to, my kids like to hang out with me! Not that I will ever be finished, but my two kids are independent now and do not need me to be such a strong daily influence in their lives. This lets me get on with my life and gives me more opportunity for a rich social life.
I have a pretty good group of friends that I hang out with but have yet to meet that someone that makes me tell my friends to take a hike! I am usually a pretty active person, especially during the summer. Going to the lake, riding dirt bikes, hiking, etc. Love live music, going to the movies, wandering around the bookstore, or just sitting at home watching a movie.
My ADD makes sure that there is almost ALWAYS something to keep the mind active along with the body.

I assume it is important to figure out what I do in weekends afterall, weekdays are consumed by work, so here we go. I enjoy movies, news, and internet. I love to bike and swim long distance but not fanatic, just enough to get in shape to stay away from illness, and would like to do another Colorado bike tour in the near future because it is beautiful out there. My typical weekend usually includes replenish the frig, fixing up the home, lawn, gardening, farmers market, biking, movie, eat out, listening to NPR at the backyard swing and spending time with my cats. I have looked and looked and looked and nothing.. I have had my heart broken lots of times. So tired of all the games that people play. Can't anyone just be honest in todays world? I'm a funny, smart and laid back person - -very seldom do I get mad. Just easy going and laid back - I try not to let the small stuff get me down, because in the long run it all turns out to be small stuff anyway.
