I am always open to learning. I am rational in my thinking. I like things that make sense but there is also a sort of intrigue to things that I can't rationalize. I like girls that have a good sense of humor. I want someone that will watch me play volleyball, or better yet, someone who will play with me. I want a girl to compete with. I want a girl who loves food and trying new things. I would like someone to chill with, have a couple drinks or go to the hookah bar, but it isn't really a necessity. I'm currently majoring in communications and am interested in teaching or perhaps working in some form of PR position. I consider myself to be a people person and nothing sounds worse than being stuck in a cubicle for the rest of my life.
I'm looking for a girl who's intelligent, driven, ethical, and who has some real depth to her...oh yeah & pretty too. Haha, I know I'm asking for a lot, but why not shoot for the stars right? I know I'm young and have my whole life ahead of me but I've certainly come to at least one realization about myself. I may not know what I want out of life as far as a career goes but I do know that when the time is appropriate I would like a family more than anything else. I truly feel that having a family is the base for everything else; as long as you have that one covered, everything else will work out. There are a ton of girls at my college and I've met some great people, but finding someone who is serious about dating is a little difficult. It seems that most girls my age and who are in college are enjoying their youth and aren't looking to be tied down. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy meeting lots of women and going out but what I truly want is a monogamous and meaningful relationship. The party scene at my school was a novelty at first but has now become more of a nuisance. After a while, you just feel like you're living the same night over and over again.
The idea of meeting someone and maintaining a healthy and romantic relationship is really appealing to me and I feel more enticed now then ever to go out and find it. I have a deep and inherent respect for women and nothing makes me happier then spending time with a girl who I am attracted to both cognitively and physically. I am definitely guilty of being an old fashioned romantic...and proud of it.
I suppose my "perfect" girl would be someone who is far from perfect but perfect for me (and vice-versa of course). I tend to spend a lot of time up in my head and I really enjoy long and deep talks; so someone who isn't afraid to chat would be a positive. I would prefer someone who is physically active and who takes care of their body. I really enjoy excercising and being physically fit. Mostly, I want someone who is truly mature and who knows what they want, I'm just really tired of playing games. I take people at face-value and appreciate those who do the same.
