I love most outdoor activities including; swimming, hiking, camping, parks, sporting events and many more. I don't just spend all my time outdoors ...but close, especially in the summer time. . I am pretty sure who I am, but not quite sure what sort of woman I am looking for. I have a lot of self-confidence, having been very successful at work, and having raised 3 healthy and happy kids (so far! ;-) I'm somewhat rusty on the dating thing --- having been married for 15 years --- so I am not quite sure what I need or want.
Mostly, I want honesty, affection, and someone who shares my love for the outdoors. It is also very important for anyone that I would get serious about to genuinely love to be around my 3 wonderful (IMHO) kids.
I'm a hard worker, and have been very successful in my career. I value honesty and integrity, both at work and in my personal life, very highly, and this has been much of the reason for my success. I have also been quite successful in maintaining a balance between work and life, and have always made my family the top priority. I work to live; not the other way around.
I stay very fit, and work out generally 6-7 times per week. However, I try to maintain balance in this area as well. (This is code for the fact that I occasionally eat way too much pizza! ;-) I am into a variety of exercise, including weights, yoga, pilates, biking, swimming, running, etc.
I love outdoors activities. I ski, as do all my kids. We generally get up over a dozen times a year, and I go up most every weekend that I don't have the kids. I hike, camp, backcountry ski, fish --- whatever excuse I can find for getting out. My kids are also great campers. All of them (14, 9, and 8) have been doing this stuff since they can remember, including backcountry camping. I have WAY too much camping/skiing gear, but I view that as a necessity living here in Colorado.
