Well, he can fake the accent and (like every other guy in Colorado) enjoys snowboarding, rafting, camping, BBQs, beaches, and golf. He can also be found indoors enjoying dinner or a movie, watching sports at that bar with the guys and playing poker.. sometimes bowling. He also has a job! No he isn't a rocket surgeon. Some call him computer geek, some call him marketing guy. If you are having problems with your computer, bring it on a date and save some money! His job takes him to Vegas at least 4 times a year - play your cards right and you may just get to tag along.

In all seriousness, I am looking for the same thing everybody is looking for... I could rattle off all the attributes I think I want, but a connection is made with your heart, and have often found myself with my polar opposite. I believe the most important quality is honesty. Not only with me, but with everybody, including yourself. I'm talking about a specific, extra type of integrity that is not simply truthful, but a willingness to bend over backwards to show how maybe you're wrong. That's the scientist in me - I think it’s much more interesting to live not knowing than to have answers which might be wrong. Anybody that is "sure" about this Universe need not apply.

I like being with someone who likes to go out and face the world, but I also like to lay back in the grass with them and watch the clouds fly by. Between work and school I have little time to get out and be a socialite. That isn't to say that I wouldn't mind going out and meeting new people. I will tell you anything you wish to know and hold nothing back, all I wish is that you do the same. You need to be willing to tell me if you have issues with who I am and if I do anything that bothers you. You can't make a relationship work if you are not willing to live up to and correct your faults. That is not to say I need you to reveal your whole past. Your past is yours, and it is up to you to reveal what you wish to reveal. Now if your past is going to insert itself in our present, I would expect that I get told what's happening. I'm not perfect, but I would do this for you.
I like sports. I am into Football (college and Pro), Baseball, Hockey, Golf, Cricket (yes, cricket), and volleyball. I am not die-hard, but I root for my teams and do some ribbing in the process. I'm a DC native, so all my teams suck; but, I will always root for them. My passion is volleyball. I have been playing at competitive levels for about 15 years. Surgeries have side-lined me, but I still like to play. I like to run too. Nothing fancy, just a couple mile 2-3 times a week. I have a bicycle to. If you give me some time, I might even be able to tell you where it is.
I like to read. I read mostly Sci-fi and fantasy, but love to read Sherlock Holmes and classics such as the Great Gatsby. I also like Sunday morning comics.
I tend to stick with cult movies, but I will get out and watch a new flick now and then. I like Sci-Fi and comedies.
I like to hike, camp, and fish. I haven't done a lot of it lately, but I am definitely willing to get back out. I haven't done any camping in Colorado yet, but I look to solve that soon.
And finally, I am military. I am working on finishing up my career in the Air Force. This will be my final assignment as I plan on retiring here. If I had my life to live over, I wouldn't change my choice to serve. I have worked with some of the best people in the country and I have had a lot of fun doing it. I am not by any means gung-ho, but it's quite an honor. I fanagled it so that O could retire here. Since my first visit in '99, I knew I wanted to buy a house and settle here. So I did.

I lived in San Diego for a few years which was truly an amazing experience. Life changes once in a while and as a result I moved to Colorado. Sitting around watching TV all the time just isn’t enough for me. I find some sort of internal satisfaction in the sports I do. Some of my friends think I’m an adrenaline junky, lol. I don’t think that’s it, I’m just happier when I get out and do stuff. I’m an avid skier and mountain biker. I ride motorcycles and dirt bikes. As often as I can I take road trips and explore new places. I enjoy fishing, camping, hiking, flying airplanes, sky diving and other random adrenaline adventures.
Monday through Friday I’m typically working a lot. I try to go to the gym or mountain bike at least 4 days a week and ski every weekend during the winter but for the days that I don’t there’s another side to me. When I’m not working or playing I really enjoying meeting up with friends for a nice dinner and drinks. Indulging in an amazing filet or incredible sushi is about as good as it gets for me. Beer is ok but I really enjoy a nice martini at any one of Denver’s great restaurants or a full bodied Cab next to a fire. In addition to going out to eat I like to have dinner parties occasionally too. Sometimes it’s nice to just relax at home.
I would like to meet a woman who shares similar values and interests as mine, honesty, loyalty and respect. As well as someone who enjoys doing things together and is passionate about life. I work hard and try to balance that with living life to its fullest. I’d like to meet someone who wants to do things together. I try my best not to sweat the small stuff because life is too short. I don't take myself too seriously and I don't like drama. On the flip side, I'm not afraid to speak my mind and stand up for what's right.
I love snowboarding and that's usually where you can find me during the winter months. Live music, hiking, biking, softball, golfing, working out, happy hour with friends, live sporting events, traveling to new places, volleyball @ Wash Park, trying out new restaurants, & Sunday football are all things that put a smile on my face. Who I'm looking for... I have no idea. I guess I'd start with you are happy with who you are. You are honest with yourself, and you embrace your personal insanity. You have to be a good dancer. You probably shouldn't be a spam bot. I won't rule that out completely as I've never dated a spam bot, and I'm not here to judge. You have to love water in all its forms, from snowy mountain tops to deep reef walls to hot beverages in hotter tubs. If you ride a rocket bike, you know how to use a katana, you drink filthy martinis, and/or you work for or are self employed as a super-villain, I love you already.
