I am just as content wearing a shirt and tie as I am donning my sandals or motorcycle helmet and I feel that is an important attribute to staying healthy, both physically and mentally. I spend most of my free time motorcycling, pedal biking city trails, hiking in the high country, and sharing a coffee or a Fat Tire with friends.
