Date men from United States / Colorado / Clark, 45 year old

Date someone special from Colorado, United States. Would just love to meet someone who is sveldt, mature, outdoorsy, and intellectual who is passionate about something-anything! I see beautiful things everyday and am blessed to spend all my time outdoors in this natural beauty. Getting old with no one to share it all with so its rather sad. As for me, I am simple and just want to live quietly ,safely with as little negative impact on the environment as is possible. It would be great if you could comprable and be cultured, artsy and a mountain/beach action girl who looks great in Carharts, Gore-Tex or Patagonia underwear! I love nature and challenge and have been in leadership roles all my life all but want to be in a partnership now with a partner and communicate and share and have a relationship based on love, communication and giving. I just recently found out that there is a me underneath my resume, uniform and job. I also have a wonderful daughter who is so kind and wondeful with a huge desire to learn. I enjoy my time with her as she teaches me about life and giving!
Kinda had a serious face to face meeting with myself this winter and re-evaluated what I want from the secont half of my life. I am not lazy, work hard, and dedicated, monogamous and somewhat a rehabilitating type-A person(think mannerisms, habits not booze!). Used to be somewhat political but have toned it down to that special someone should have opinions and care about any issue and be well read and spoken about important things and make responsible choices based on their beliefs and honor, no matter that it differs from my own views. I just want to give and give.Would love to learn more about cooking, music, yoga and drink more water. Not a big fan of light polution.
Thinking of taking a leave of absence from my summer rangering job and walking the high line across the Pyrenees this summer if you would care to go. Will take 45 days give or take. Or, might stick arround and make some money fighting the fires that will break out!
Now for the fine print: I stop for morrainal debris, insects(think trout), stalk those same trout and ungulates, collect sea glass, rocks, maps and lobster buoys, ski with a lerk, run barefoot when applicable, get up early unless....,and do same at night, am bedazzled my natural hazards, am a weather geek and yearn for the return of the Pleistocene, believe in fire and flood ecology! My vises are books, margarittas, skinnydipping and sunsets, possibly all together and in no particular order. I have small ears that work really well and there is no such thing as a free lunch!
Not very fond of computers and the combustion engine, both of which I feel are contributing to the fall of mankind. So, I try to minimise my use of both as much as possible. Will be down in the canyons and on the mesas this Spring looking for the old ones and what is left of their legacy so I apologise if it takes me a bit to get back to you. Cheers.
