I am on here because one, I am naturally an introvert and don't like the bar scene. And second I am vertically challenged, it's true I admit it, it's out of the bag. I am a jack of all trades sort of guy. My passions range from fitness to reading to working with kids. I am consistently at the gym trying to get stronger and reach my physical pique. Outside of the gym, I play a lot of sports from competitive football to winning intertube water polo championships! I coach high school baseball, Coaching is absolutely one of my favorite things because I get to interact with adolescents in a different light.
When I am not working out or working with kids, I read a lot. I really make a conscious effort to always stimulate my mind. I hope you do to. I read a lot of different genres including psychology, historical fiction, science fiction, and comedy!
A couple of my favorite books lately include:
•Blink- a psychological book on the first impressions,
•Pillars of Earth- I swear after reading this book it feels like you know the characters personally,
•Ready Player One- I couldn't put it down for two days!
•Art of Fielding- Book about life and baseball
•Hunger Games- First book was my favorite
I watch a good amount of TV as well and my favorite shows are all over the place including How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Glee- yes Glee, House, and Psych.
During the summer, when I am not overly tired I love to cook. My cooking ranges from grilling green chili hamburgers and salmon to baking strawberry rhubarb pie. I love cooking for others and always looking to try new recipes.
Music for me is always changing. During the summer and nice weather I tend to listen to country. Namely Zac Brown Band, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, or Blake Shelton. I also listen to rock and some rap in the gym, ranging from One Republic, Fray, and Parachute to Show Must Go On, or Gym Class Heroes.
I am looking a sweet down to earth girl whom loves a good conversation and is active. I also tend to be sarcastic and a smart ass, out of love of course, but I need someone who can take it and dish it back!
