I moved to this area last year. I love it and am still in the weekend drive phase. I am originally from San Diego but was living in Philadelphia before the move. ( I moved during the worst weather you have had in years...driving a u-haul with a baby in that weather last May !!! Fun! I am very excited about exploring all the lakes and trails in the area and would love a tour guide who knows the area or someone who would like to discover them alongside me. I would really like to try my hand at fishing even though I donРІР‚в„ўt have much experience at it. (although I did ice fish in Minnesota once!)
I am a very loving and kind woman who loves to pamper my man. I am silly, fun, sassy, spontaneous, humble, not superficial, but do appreciate the nice things in life as well as the simple things, like having your best friend for your mate. I am generous with my heart but can be a bit of a devil. I am not afraid to speak my mind. A night on the couch can be the most romantic night with the right man or just taking a blanket outside to watch the stars. I love cooking and like to be adventurous so I am looking for a guinee pig to try some of my creations! I also love dogs and Bosley is part of the package deal! I do love the outdoors but not the extreme heat- give me a nice shade tree and I can entertain myself for hours. To start off, as I said I believe in being honest and up front. I keep getting paired with guys who sound great but it plainly says their interest are in smaller women. This is Match;s pairings. I have plainly stated that I am a big woman. I do not want to mislead anyone. Also at this time I am not ready to jump into a relationship First I would like to find a friend. Someone to go do things with such as a movie or just driving or even shopping
I have been widowed twice first time 7/17/1971 and 7/01/1990. You never know whats going to happen so live life and enjoy it and the people around you. I have 3 kids and 6 grand kids. My family is very important to me. I am a big woman and I believe in being honest and up front. Life is to short to waste playing games on here. I will not be rushed into a relationship. If there is anyone interested in me he will have to be paient and be willing to be my friend first and then if something grows from that good. I believe you need to be friends first. My youngest daughter and her son are still living at home for a while. I do not smoke because I chose not to and I have seen what it did to my father and to several other family members. An occassional drink is ok but I am not a fan of drinking seeing what that can do to you also. Again, life is to short to waste that way. I am a quiet person, I like things simple. I love family and friends. I'm not very good at talking about me so learning about me would be part of learning to be my friend first..
When and if I do find a partner for life I don't expect a knight in shinning armor. His armor will have rust spots and dints from his travels thru life. He will want to walk beside me and not expect me to walk behind him and I do not want to walk in front of him.
