Enjoying life is essential to living, not everything is meant to be taken seriously, just one of few rules I try to live by. Life is too short, something we all know, but few truly consider. I am just starting to take care of my mind, body, and soul. First step was my relationship with the Man above, God. My faith has kept me grounded and continuously guides me. As for my body, back to the gym, I have to say I have never felt better. I love to jog every night, it’s like a mini escape and I feel so much better in the morning. I speak my mind; I am me and not who others may want to see.
