Date a guy from United States. The first thing I should probably say is that my name is Jan, pronounced yawn. My grandpa on my dad's side was from Sweden, so that's where my name comes from, but I'm also half-British. My mom is from England, so I have dual citizenship and have traveled all over Europe. Having been a mathematics and economics double major in college, a lot of people would call me a bit of a nerd. It certainly is true that I geek out a bit when I'm around my college friends, but I would consider myself a pretty normal college graduate. I simply enjoy going out with friends and just having fun, whether that be going bowling, watching a movie, going out to a bar and drinking or whatever else seems like a good idea at the time. I'm into pretty much all the regular guy stuff: sports, video games, beer, etc. But I certainly don't hole myself up all day and just do those things. I like to get out and try new things as long as I have someone fun to do those things with.
As for what I'm looking for right now, it's a little hard to say. I recently got out of a two and a half year relationship, so it's been a while since the last time I was single. I'm mostly just looking to get back in the dating scene a bit, and probably wouldn't want anything really serious for a while. But if I do find someone who I can have fun with while on dates, I probably wouldn't be opposed to something a little more long term. Just try to be outgoing and willing to try new things and I will do the same.
