I’ve always tried to be an open book, and believe that honesty is the most important quality a person can have. That means that I’m always who I am, and the person you talk to on the phone is the one you’ll meet in person, and the same no matter who is around me. Living with your heart on your sleeve can make you vulnerable, but it’s a quality I won’t compromise. Corny at times, I’ve always had the gift of making other people laugh, and I do love to talk – but I’m very confident and secure in who I am. Active and energetic, I have a giving nature and try to be generous with my time and talents. One of my favorite pastimes is umpiring Little League baseball, and I even umped in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. I like to think I’m romantic, and while you’ll have to be the judge of that, I can tell you that I’m a gentleman. You can expect to have doors opened for you, and that I’ll always keep you to the inside of the curb and so forth. The woman I’m looking for might share some of my interests, but has some of her own to introduce me to. I’ve been retired (from PG&E) for a couple of years, & am now currently living alone with my 2 Border Collies. I’ve been married twice & have 3 natural children, plus a stepson from the last marriage. Thank God my children are all doing well.
Other than some of the tropical locations I�ve been, I like the mountains the best. One of the activities I enjoy is riding my motorcycle locally along some of the lovely mountain roads. Water sports has always been another of my favorite activities, water skiing, SCUBA diving, etc. although these days just swimming while camping, has been far more frequent.
Trigger sports is something I started when still a young boy, I’ve always loved to shoot & over the years have collected some very nice firearms which I still try to keep tuned for precision. Since retiring & acquiring my dogs, more days than not, I take them for a walkswim along the flume that feeds into the De Sabla forebay. It’s a beautiful walk through the woods along a near level path which allows the dogs to get in & out of the water as they wish.
