. Honesty, telling it like it is, neatness, personal hygiene to the max, values, are the most important items I look for. I was raised in the midwest (Indiana) by working parents that were never wealthy but I always had what I needed and most of what I wanted. I call those midwestern values and to this day I believe they are my greatest asset. My 42 year old son has the same values and realizes their value also.
