Meet a woman from Alabama, United States. I think my family would describe me as thoughtful, giving, counselor/big sister, loving, caring, respectful, friendly, never met a stranger type person, sometimes naive. I am very grateful for my brothers and my daughter. My parents are deceased so they are my "Rock", my surroundings, my everything right now. My accomplishments are that I raised a good kid. You always wonder "how did I do as a parent?" Well, I had some rocky points in my life, but to know that your daughter went to school, did well in school, furthered her education and got her masters degree and has put that education to gainful employment....well, I think I did good. She makes me very proud!!!
I am passionate about the youth of today. Where are they headed? Where is this country going to be when we're gone? The kids today need our direction to guide them of how they want to live like we are living today, because it's not going to be like this when they are our age. I am also passionate about music. Music takes us to another dimension. Either it be the words in a song or the music for the song...it can make our heart skip a beat. I do like the older rock n roll...it makes me hop on that time machine back to the seventies and eighties. The older rock n roll for me consists of Yes, Pink Floyd, ACDC, Alice In Chains, CCR, ELO, Eagles, Black Sabbath, Supertramp...you get the drift. I do like some new songs, but I seem to revert back to the older stuff. Guess I am getting old. Now some new country is good, but I am not the cry in your beer type of country song gal.
One thing I want to do before I pass on is visit England. I was born there and have not been back since. I would like to explore the countryside, see the castles, see Stonehenge, Buckingham Palace, the changing of the guards. It just seems like an awesome country to visit. And to have a "spot of tea". I wouldn't mind also seeing Europe, like Greece, Spain, Italy, seeing what we learned about in school like the Ruins and the Parthenon. The Mediterranean seems wonderful too!
I am looking for a man who is unattached, one who has left the baggage behind them and are moving on with their life. One who wants a friend first and maybe evolve as lovers later.
