I love great restaurants (this doesn't mean expensive, just great food), I like to travel. I like cuddle time, fireplaces, beaches, all the things that say romance. We can open a can of tuna together to make tuna salad as long as we're together!
My friends describe me as sweet, confident, and a good friend. I'm a great listener and have many friends that ask for my views when they need to "bounce things" off another person. They know I would never tell their secrets. I don't know how good it is, but I'm street savvy.. been down a few wrong paths and made the best of them. Wouldn't change where I've been - even the hard times- those times have made me the strong and compassionate person I am. I'm looking for someone willing to share his past, his present and future experiences..because that's what makes you friends first.
I believe in community and giving back. I started a non-profit organization, a reading program for adults, have raised large amounts of money for the cancer society, etc. Just set aside alittle time...and everyone would benefit.

Meet a woman from Foley, United States. I am proud to say that I am a 4th generation Floridian from Jacksonville, FL . I grew up in Atlantic Beach which is still in the Jacksonville Duval County area. I moved down to the Sarasota, FL area to attend a design institute. I have now relocated to Alabama to get to know my birth father and brother that I found in 2000. They needed another real estate agent in my dad's company and offered me a position with them. So, I'm studying for my AL license. Our company specializes in REO's (foreclosed properties) as well as commercial and residential real estate. So while I'm getting my license I'm the office grunt, "it's the only way to learn", so my dad says! I am also working part-time in a high end gift shop located in Foley and also The Wharf in Orange Beach, FL

I love to travel, haven't seen much of the USA, lived overseas for 11 yrs w/oil co. But, there are still uncharted destinations I would love to visit (Costa Rica). I am an Army Brat and was fortunate enough to live in Germany during my middle school years, so I would love to see more of Europe as well. I enjoy antiquing, flea markets, old bookshops, Home Depot Expo, going to Home Shows, Boat Shows... I have 3 cats, my 4th and oldest ,19 yrs old, just passed away. I raise sugargliders, they are my biking and fishing buddies and no I don't use them for bait! I adore landscape work or anything to do with plants. I have done volunteer work for large exotic animal refuges, volunteer work with the elderly,I love older people as they are a wealth of history.
I have a 25 year old daughter who is a nurse in Atlantic Beach, FL . It's usually the kids that grow up and move away from home! I know there's more but I have never had to write anything like this before. So, if you are interested then you will just have to reply to find out more, unfortunately I haven't joined match.com yet, as I 'm new to this computer dating stuff and wanted to test the waters first.
