Date someone special from Pleasant Grove, United States. I am a 46 year old mother of three. I come from a close knit family. To say family is important to me would be an understatement.
I am at the point in my life when my children are on their own and enjoying their lives and needing me less. I guess I am trying to say I have more time now than ever to devote to myself and my activities and amusements.
I find it hard to sit here and try to think of a way to describe myself to strangers, but here's what I got...I am an easy going person and I enjoy being with people. I am warm hearted and I rarely, if ever, meet someone I can't get along with. I am quiet, but not shy. Fun loving, but not boisterious. I tend to be the caregiver in most situations, but I like to be taken care of sometimes too.
I love to dress up and have a night on the town. Just not every week-end. I also love the simplicity of a picnic and day out in the sun. I have found that fun can be found in almost all places, one just needs the right attitude.
I enjoy reading (history is one of my favorite genres.) I love to kick back on Sunday mornings and work the crossword puzzle in the news paper. I enjoy spending time with my children (now all grown up) and my neices and nephews. I love to go to Barnes and Noble to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch all the people scurrying around and to spend some time thumbing through new books.
Being a christian is a must. It would be nice if there is a man out there that enjoys long lunches (or dinners) just chatting about everything and nothing.
I guess I am interested in friendship first. That is very important in an intimate relationship. You have to enjoy being with the person you have committed to.
It is exceedingly difficult to try to sum up what one likes and what one is looking for in a mate in this little space, but I hope I have given you an idea of what I am like.
