I enjoy going out and also riding my motorcycle but I can also enjoy a quiet evening at home relaxing. I tend to be shy when I first meet someone but that wears off after I get to know them. I am an avid listener of mainly classical music (especially large scale symphonic, romantic, and modern), but I do not intensely dislike many other types of music. I played saxophone during grade school and a little in college. I also enjoy watching films, especially those which are thought-provoking or in a different vein. I like to experience the more cultural aspects of society but have had limited opportunities as of yet. Although I am really not a frequenter of bars or clubs, I am fairly flexible concerning activities, social or otherwise . I've never danced, although the more "refined" style of dancing (ballroom, salsa) look interesting. I'm not a huge sports fun, but I follow Auburn football fairly regularly and occasionally watch bits of pro sports. I do spend an inordinate amount of time on the computer doing various things. I enjoy learning about new topics and have wasted huge amounts of time reading Wikipedia. Recently, I have gained some interest in investing.
Politically, I mostly identify with the Libertarian Party. I know my support of a meager third-party inspires amusement and/or pity. I am agnostic but remain fairly tolerant of other belief systems.
As I said, I want to meet someone who is mature and could also at least consider themselves somewhat intelligent (but everyone thinks they're smart, right), which may result in a propensity for older women. Finally, while I think its not possible to list a fixed set of criteria for what I would consider ideal, I'll try to list some ideal qualities anyway: intelligent, caring, compassionate, mature, warm, affectionate.

I must say that trying to describe myself seems a bit strange and unnatural. Its hard to think I would do this under most situations, such as walking up to someone at a store,
introducing myself then blabbering about what im into and how I should be perceived without getting to know me. So, with that being said, I will run down a short list of some of my interests and passions for you to start with and maybe we can continue with the rest later as we get to know each other.
I love music but can't play an instrument. I honestly enjoy rainy days and walks on the beach. Who does'nt love the sand beneath there feet? Family and friends are a huge part of my life. Love my dog. I have recently started doing obstacle races such as the Spartan Races, Warrior Dash and others. Im not into the bar/club scene anymore but im game to go out and catch a good band or music festival.
