I have been a volunteer at the animal shelter and love dogs especially big ones but not much of a cat person. I also like to cook and try new foods, the more exotic the better- sushi, calamari, and even fried grasshoppers. One of my favorite things is cooking a shrimp boil or a big pot of spaghetti sauce. I enjoy trying new restaurants and visiting old favorites. I used to play soccer, softball, and golf but college got in the way, and I am anxious to get active again. I have sailed, windsurfed, and snorkeled too-I love being around water. I love to travel and have traveled quite a bit in the US, Mexico and Europe, and I even worked 5 weeks in Canada at the 2010 Olympics. People say I have a funny, maybe dry, sense of humor. My friends describe me as "sweet, loyal, honest, dependable and true". ( I think they make me sound like the family dog!)
I am looking for someone 23-32 yrs old who appreciates that I can have a good time and join in without having or wanting to be the center of attention-someone that is comfortable with quiet times together and doesn't feel the need to just fill it with chatter. I don't like drama and am very honest about everything. When I care about you, I will stand by you for life.
