Date a soulmate from Hokes Bluff, United States. Am I crazy for trying this out? Guess I am...I am a 32 year old Christian divorced woman (a good thing) looking for some friends to go out with, laugh with and just enjoy being able to talk and share with. I have 2 children that I adore and yes they do live with me. Mommy needs social time too! I am not looking for someone to take care of us financially, since I am fully capable of handling that myself.
Raised by the "old school" southern standards with high morals and very family oriented. I love talking and laughing with just about anyone. I enjoy cooking southern style, but I do like trying different styles of cooking. Who I would like to meet must love children just as I do...all children are gifts from God. I firmly believe that life is what you make it, good or bad.. Money and super model looks are not a major issue for me, but will be truthful and say I can appreciate a well built man. Geez, I am a woman after all.. A good heart, honesty, TENDERNESS, trust and laughter is a must. I believe the eyes are the gateway to a person's soul and that is why I am always drawn to a person's eyes first.
Like the song says "I want a man to stand beside me". A woman was not created from the top of a man's head, the bottom of his foot, his back or his front. She was created from his rib, under his arm and next to his heart and that is where she should remain. Safe and loved for who she is. Like so many others, I am happy to just cuddle on the couch with a movie and popcorn as I am for an evening out on the town with dinner and dancing... that is truthful. I learned years ago that sometimes the simple things in life makes the better memories. I love the sound of laughter, from anyone, because I do love to laugh, even at blonde jokes!! Love the contagious type of laughter where everyone begins laughing, but doesn't really know why.. Just do not like any racist jokes, whatsoever!!
I am in no hurry for a serious relationship, but not against one either. Believe that love grows over time, if the chemistry is there to start from.. Do NOT need an "everything has to be my way all the time" freak!! Been there, done that, bought all the t-shirts, and divorced it.. A REAL man knows he is a man and doesn't use force to prove it, instead uses tenderness.
Not perfect myself and don't expect perfection from others either. At this point in my life, I just want to be the best me that I can be and enjoy life for today, not promised tomorrow.
I put "not sure" on wanting children... only because it would be a decision to be made along with the man I am in a relationship with. If he has no children or wants more children with me, then he will play a major role in deciding that factor.. not opposed to the idea myself.
