I am not a difficult person to please - I don't need alcohol to have a good time, nor do I need fancy meals in expensive restaurants. I am more interested in attention from you, and us being able to laugh and have a good time together.
So a bit more about me.... I enjoy the give and take of a caring relationship. I prefer to travel and live everyday with a teammate - someone to share the ups and downs, and the adventures! I love to laugh and find humor in everyday situations. I am level headed, logical, and dependable, but with a hidden romantic side. Can you make my heart skip a beat? Will I anticipate seeing you every night? Will the thought of you make me giggle like a schoolgirl?
So I just celebrated the big 50..... Am I supposed to feel older? I certainly don't, and I am ready to start on new adventures at this age. Kids are grown and independent, so I am free to be me! I am looking for a strong, confident man that can match my strong personality, someone honest and caring, not afraid to share his feelings AND his life with me. I'm not looking for a carbon copy of myself, but rather someone that compliments me, so that together we are better than we are individually.
I hike regularly....I enjoy it and it's a great way to keep in shape. I also enjoy tennis, and gym workouts, although I don't currently have a membership anywhere. I'm open to learning new things that I haven't tried before.

My family is a big part of my life, I visit my grandson weekly and am thankful for what he brings to my life. I do love "stuff" but, value the people in my life, above all.
I do not NEED a partner to have a life, but, I know that life can never be as fulfilling alone as with the right partner.
I live in B'ham but have cast a much wider net. I am open to long distance relationships initially, with the ultimate goal of one day finding my lifelong partner. I have reasonable means to travel..or just as happy staying home and enjoying the simple pleasures in life.

Perfect way to spend an early morning! Love interior decorating. Have a fairly new home I am almost done with. So it is now HOME. Family is extremely important and am in the process of learning more about Christianity and expanding my knowledge. Another words the kids are gone and I get to have fun again and am looking for someone to be a part of it all! And actually if you have children @ home that is also a positive experience. Mine are too big to go to theme parks with me so I have threatened to borrow friends children for a few days for my own selfish reasons such as Six Flags...etc!
Meet men and women from United States. I am 51 years old, (no one ever guesses that), 5.8 and weigh 135 lbs. I work hard to stay in good physcial shape but I have never been a barbie doll... I have auburn hair and green eyes. I have 3 kids, 2 are married and the baby is 18-lives with me. We live on a small farm and have horses, dogs, goats, pigs, sheep and one bi-polar cat. We run barrel horses so I work out regular to stay in shape. I have been divorced for almost 12 years, I have not really dated during that time. Let me add, I have been asked out just was not ready until now. I love sports (really), anything outside, kids (who evers),and animals. I am into family, yours or mine. I love thunderstorms at night and fire places. I graduated from two universities, one being the university of hard knocks-(GRADUATED WITH HONORS)- and the other being college, will let you know my very public occupation later.
I believe that the past is just that the past and that is over-mine or yours. So, if you are looking for a perfect person, with a perfect past and perfect kids, just keep moving, good luck in your search but that is not me. I have never been immoral, just made some really bad decisions. But now I am ready for a new life that will hopefully include someone great in it.
Let me add this, I am a good person with good values, I am not interested in any pervs, or anyone with any strange habits. I was in a country band for years so I love country music, really any music but rap. I live a simple life and like good ol' country folks-the come on it and kick off your shoes kind. A sense of humor is a must, life is good! Money is not that important, I work hard and like everyone else, I like nice stuff but I have been on both sides of it now and I had rather be with my best buddy in a tent than back in that big house on the hill with my worst enemy.
My match? He would have to have a great sense of humor, and loves kids and animals and especially horses or at least tolorate my love for them. Older than me would be nice but not really necessary for the right guy.
