A little about me?
First and most importantly, I am a Christian and God is my rock. For many years I didn?t attend church but I have always had a personal relationship with God. I attend church now, although I do miss on the occasion. I am soooo far from perfect. I am hoping that I might meet a man who sees himself as a work in progress as well. I truly believe that we are all flawed. There's no perfect man or woman, but I have faith that there is a perfect man for me. I know he's out there looking for me as well. It's all about timing... I believe that true love can endure through anything. My parents are still married and in love after 47 years of being together. This is how I know that it's possible. Noone ever promised that it would be easy, just worth it.
I?m 43 years old and stay very active. I have been told that I look much younger. I have worked in property management for approximately 20 years. I also volunteer for Alabama Crisis Services. Currently I am training to be a Domestic Violence responder. After I?ve completed my training I will be assisting Huntsville PD and victims of domestic violence. I enjoy going to sporting events, snowboarding, Skiing, rock climbing, zip lining, river rafting, riding dirt bikes, and photography. I also enjoy just taking it easy sometimes. I have a very adventurous spirit and can be very spontanious. I have a bucket list that I have been chipping away at. My next big adventure is skydiving. I am hoping to undertake this sometime this summer. It would be so much more fun if I had a partner to share the experience with. I love to rent movies, order a pizza and cuddle on the couch with my partner. I?m a huge romantic. I love to give and receive affection. I am more of a listener than a talker. I hate conflict and drama. It's unreasonable to think that there will never be disagreements, but the way you work together at that point is the key. I'm very easygoing, so it takes a lot to ruffle my feathers and get me upset. If I'm ever bothered I want to have a partner who is understanding and will listen and just be there. That doesn't mean having all the answers, just listening and caring. I promise to do the same for you. As I mentioned, I am hoplessly flawed as well. I am a bit of a procrastionator. I have days when I don't make my bed. As far as I know, noone ever died from not making a bed. I am totally directionally challenged. I get lost in my own neighborhood. I'm my toughest critic. I can be very hard on myself at times. I want to be with a man that is completely open to love. Someone who is not afraid to give their heart to another. I want to be with someone who is a true romantic like myself. He must be ready to love completely and be open to being loved in return. If you're not ready for this kind of love it's probably better that you don't contact me. Please know that initial attraction is important. I can?t make myself feel something that isn?t there. Money and status do not impress me. At one time I lived an affluent lifestyle. Now I don't. I was humbled. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. I have a much more fulfilling life now than I ever did when I had money. If it were between money or love, I would choose love every time. I?m a very uncomplicated, simple, sweet, fun, and drama free woman. I have no history in Alabama, therefore? No baggage. I would love to meet a guy with a great sense of humor. I love to laugh! I want a man of great character and morals.. Someone who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. Trust is vital in any relationship. Without trust you have nothing.
