Like most of you I don't really want to sit hear and gab about myself so this is from my friends: Told to me the other day that I could have fun in a paper bag and she followed it up with "that's a good thing". A dry sense of humor, very funny, and am completely sarcastic a lot. I will and do talk to anyone and am drawn to people with an interesting past or story so sometimes I end up talking to the oldies at the bar.
I have the travel bug and always will. I have been lucky enough to do a lot of international and US travel but have so many more places on my list of must see places. Paris and NYC are my favorites for so many reasons. Wherever I go I try to take in the local culture, food drink, unknown local hot spots, art, museums, architecture, music and the list goes on.
My family is perfect (ha ha), but really so fantastic. My dad instilled great work ethics in me and my mom gave me my sense of adventure. They have shown me what a successful marriage looks like and just recently celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary. My brother and sister in law are expecting their first child this month and I am excited for the addition to our family.
I love to go and do and I'm up for just about anything although I can be a bit of a scardy cat at first. I enjoy bike rides (road or cruiser), paddle boarding, all live sports, plays, and BBQ's. I grew up skiing on the lake and on the slopes and I want to continue this into my old age. If I don't exercise outdoors I'm at the gym a few times a week and would like to find someone who also enjoys being active. At the same time we all need down time so dinner and a movie at home is great and I love to cook and bake especially if someone keeps me company.
