I usually like to meet women the old-fashioned way, too, but my job and schedule can make it difficult for me to meet people outside the legal profession. Nothing against lady lawyers, but I’m hoping this will help me branch out a bit.
My interests run the gamut. I love football, both college (Roll Tide) and the NFL. I enjoy going to live shows, usually at WorkPlay or Bottletree since indie rock is my thing. I love movies, though I can be kind of a film snob. Each year, I volunteer with the Sidewalk Film Festival, reviewing short films during the selection process. I also go to the symphony a few times a year, and maybe even a ballet. When the inspiration strikes, I try to write songs on the guitar or piano. ("Try" is definitely the operative word.) And sometimes it’s nice to just chill out and read a good book on the couch or at the park.
I like to spend vacations traveling. Long weekends at the gulf coast or in North Carolina are favorite spots. Lately I’ve been spending longer vacations abroad. In the last couple of years, I've been to Italy, France, England, and the Caribbean. Every so often, I think it's healthy to get off the grid and just turn the iPhone off. Next up is the Dominican Republic.

Meet a man from Alabama, United States. I'm Billy and I fell down a waterfall last week. Luckily only my pride was hurt. Next time I'll settle for taking a picture while standing at the bottom of the waterfall. I'm a little biased, but I have the best twin brother and parents that I could ask for. I usually see them every week. I have a passion for running and staying in shape. Participating in the local 5ks is a lot of fun. I did one in December where everybody wore bells on their shoes so we jingled while we ran. I also did the Mercedes Half Marathon in February.
