I have not updated my info here for a few years. I'll start today 1/11/12 and ad more soon. I am retired yet still do some teaching of Tai Chi & Qigong at a few senior centers around Lancaster. I lived in a Buddhist monastery for a year ( 2002 ) and also traveled around the USA living at a few Ashrams for another couple years. I meditate do Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga. I enjoy traveling and hope to get back to it some day soon. In the mean time I am here in Antelope Valley and would like to meet people. If I sound interesting ( more pics soon ) then lets chat.
