I’m not into extreme sports. I’ve tried skiing and snowboarding (with the bruises to prove it) and I am planning on giving it another try, just don’t expect me to accompany you on anything more than a “green” right away. I try to exercise three to four times a week and ran my first 5k race this past summer. I've hiked a couple of 14ers, but typically you'll find me on a short weekend hike in the foothills.
