I'm not a good judge of who I am, but here goes. I am open, honest, caring. I have a great personality and love to laugh. I guess my wit and personality are my strongest qualities. (So I am told.) I am a no bull woman and hate, hate, HATE to play games. I love to learn from others and my views and beliefs are not carved in stone. I find intellectual sparring and debating interesting. Helps me to learn different perspectives of others and get to know someone better. Besides it can be fun. Love to read, can't seem to put my Kindle down, am learning to cartoon, getting back to my piano. I volunteer in a local thrift shop. I adore my co-workers. They are true gems, they keep me laughing and I appreciate that. I know I'm not a super looker, but not bad for woman of my age. If someone can see beyond the physical trappings then they're the man for me. I AM NOT overweight nor am I real skinny. I'm just average and look pretty good in my clothes. I still have the ability to turn heads once in GREAT while. I am a great listener and function as a sounding board quite well. Presently I am not looking for a serious commitment (i.e., marriage or living with someone). Just getting to know someone and to share some time would be nice. I am not looking for someone to take care of me in my old age (if I ever ge there).

I'm a Silicon Valley tech retiree who moved to a house in the redwoods NW of Willits 4 years ago. Have always loved camping and being outdoors, so I'm in heaven smelling the clean air at 2500РІР‚в„ў, views to almost forever, watching all the local wild critters, and hearing the sound of wind through the trees.
I'm an active person, although I have to admit I have slowed down in the last few years. I have used my time here to fix up my home and land, make friends, settle into the community, and be an active volunteer for 3 local non-profits.
Unfortunately, I also need to work at least part-time because I have a mortgage. I love to landscape and there are more than a wealth of opportunities terracing my hillside.
